There are 2 very different types of islands, the first group of islands with a more mountainous terrain include Santo Antão, S.Vicente, Santa Luzia (disabitata), S.Nicolau, Sal and Boavista, the second group located more to the south comprises the islands of Maio, Santiago, Fogo and Brava. One thing that all islands have in common though is wonderful weather, beautiful beaches and fantastic food.
